Privacy notice
Privacy for enquiries and the advertising service.
This notice covers the Sytytys.fi website, the free ad account review and the contact that precedes the service. The data processed in customer work is described in the agreement and the data processing annex before the work starts.
Controller
Sytytys. The official name, business ID and address are added before the service opens. Privacy matters: [email protected].
Data collected
The name, email, company, phone number, website and message you give on the form. In addition, how you came to the site: the ad click identifier and campaign details, if you arrived through an ad. Do not send passwords, customer registers or sensitive data.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and assess which marketing channels bring customers. The basis is the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in managing customer relationships. The data is not sold.
Cookies and measurement
The site works without analytics or marketing cookies. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel start only if you accept them in the cookie notice, and then the ad click identifier may be stored on your device for 90 days. You can change your choice in the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Recipients
The data is handled only by the team members the work requires and by the providers that keep the site and email running: site hosting (Cloudflare) and form message delivery (Resend). If you accept measurement, Google and Meta receive information about your visit. Some providers may process data outside the EU under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Retention
Without a customer relationship, an enquiry is deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless the law or a legal claim requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or ask for it to be restricted by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
